Quilling Trivia:

Quilling was an art form developed to create a secondary use for a highly precious commodity...paper. Just how valuable was paper during that time? Many early copies of books were inscribed with the owners name inside the front cover, not just to indicate ownership, but because the books were often used as collateral for loans. Tips & Trivia!

Send me an email,
and if your tip is used,
I will credit it to your name!!

Quilling Tips:

Easy Hand Fringing: use a chip clip with the plastic strip instead of the 'teeth'. Fold your strip of paper to fit within the clip, insert it to even depth, and use your scissors to fringe strip as usual. The clip provides a protective 'stop' to keep the cuts from getting too deep, allowing you to make cuts more quickly. -GSQ
