My distinctive handcrafted gift items are made to order; they are not sitting on a dusty shelf, mass produced and ready to ship. Orders are created as they are received, so busier seasons may require slightly more time than listed in the description of a particular item. Larger orders may also require additional time. Your understanding and patience is most appreciated as I create a beautiful paper filigree item especially for you!

Quilling was considered a worthy pastime for women of good breeding in the 1700-1800's. Favorite subjects included family crests, small decorative boxes, tea caddies, and cribbage boards. -GSQ

Quilling Tips:
Use the bottom side of a styrofoam meat tray as your gluing surface. Not only do the assembled pieces pop right off when dry, but you can easily insert dressmaker's pins (with the glass ball tops) through the styrofoam as little props to help position the quilled components as they dry.
